There are two documents which show the differences between the Adopted Fillongley Neighbourhood Plan (2019) and the proposed Revised Fillongley Neighbourhood Plan (2025). These are the tracked change document (click here) and the Statement of Modifications (click here).

Once the consultation is finished on 17th June 2025 the Revised Neighbourhood Plan will be reviewed by the Parish Council and consideration will be given to all comments. A Revised Fillongley Neighbourhood Plan will then be submitted to NWBC for a Regulation 16 Consultation. After that, the Plan will be examined by an Independent Examiner who will decide if the policies comply with national legislation and are justified and also if the changes are significant enough to warrant another referendum or not. FPC will continue to update you with progress.
