Re: Disposal of the Cottage Inn Fillongley
We write in respect of the above site which was listed as an Asset of Community Value on
19th March 2024.
We hereby give notice under Section 95(2) of the Localism Act that we wish to enter into a
‘relevant disposal’ of the premises. The interim moratorium period will expire after 3rd
January 2025 and should a community interest group submit a request to be treated as a
potential bidder, the full moratorium period will expire after 22nd May 2025.
